When I was about 17 years old I started getting headaches.  My grandmother told me I should see a Chiropractor.  I had no idea who they were or what they did.  So my grandmother gave me the name of her chiropractor (Dr Lilly) and I made an appointment with her.  After I got my first few adjustments I felt so good.  And not just my neck, but my whole body would feel so loose and relaxed.  Then after about 2 – 3 months of treatments, my headaches were gone, I was sleeping better and eating better, I felt the best I ever had.  I decided then, that I was dedicated to chiropractic care and I wanted to help other people have that same wonderful experience that I had.  Read more...

Ever since I was a child I loved being active and playing sports. I played hockey and soccer at competitive levels and loved any type of physical activity. I knew I wanted to go into a profession that I could help people live better, happier, and healthier lives and I dreamed of working in a sport and rehab setting. I started talking to my professors and mentors while I was attending the University of New Brunswick about different career paths and one of them told me I should start shadowing different chiropractors around the city. I became a Registered Massage Therapist in August of 2011, however, I did not always dream of becoming an RMT. When I graduated high school in 2008 I went straight to university, but it did not feel like I was on the right path. Tamara Bowser graduated with honors from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2017. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Thomas University.

Tamara is skilled at assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, and creating specific treatment plans to address these conditions and meet client goals. She is a competent therapist who is able to provide moderate to deep tissue treatments, and she is committed to utilizing these skills to deliver a client-centered treatment. ​  Read more...
